Picked at just the right degree of ripeness, the tomatoes are processed within 24 hours to preserve their flavour, aroma and nutritional properties.
Carefully selected by hand, they are gently peeled using a puff of steam, then they are immersed whole into thick, creamy tomato juice.
They are bright red in colour, full bodied and firm and retain all of the aroma and flavour of freshly picked tomatoes.
