Granoro Dedicato Gnocchetti Sardi with chick peas, olives, ginger and rocket

Ingredients for 4 people
200 g of Granoro Dedicato Gnocchetti Sardi
200 g of Granoro Chick Peas in lightly salted water
20 g of fresh ginger
80 g of dried olives
Half a fresh shallot
Granoro Dedicato PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh rocket, as much as needed
Vegetable stock

 

Method

 

Fry the chopped shallot in a pan with the Granoro Dedicato PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden brown. Add the Granoro Chick Peas in lightly salted water and the vegetable stock. Blend part of the chick pea mixture, reserving some of the whole chick peas.

Cook the Granoro Dedicato Gnocchetti Sardi in plenty of boiling, salted water, adding some pieces of fresh ginger.

Wash, dry and chop the rocket.

Bind the Granoro Dedicato Gnocchetti Sardi together with the creamed chick peas and adjust the salt. Serve in a pasta bowl, garnished with dried, sweet olives and fresh rocket.
