Located in the heart of Puglia, this fertile valley extends north of the Province of Bari, between Brindisi and Taranto, from Putignano to Ostuni to be precise. It is distinguished by lush vegetation, including one of the highest concentrations of olive groves, which produce one of the finest Italian olive oils. The Itria Valley is home to numerous and welcoming farmhouses and vineyards, which produce some well-known white wines.
