Grown in the fields of Puglia by farmers from the same region, they are picked at just the right degree of ripeness and processed within 24 hours to preserve their flavour, aroma and nutritional properties.
Carefully selected by skilled hands, they are immersed whole, with their fine skins on, in the thick and creamy juice of datterino tomatoes.
Bright red in colour, they are full bodied, firm and have a distinctive taste and intense, sweet flavour.
